Select the message(s) you want to delete, then you gotta scroll to the bottom of the inbox, there's an action box there with a drop-down menu. Click it, select "delete", then click the "execute" or whatever it's called button to the right side of the box. Hope it helps.

Luke,

What a life saver!

I just spent about an hour trying to figure out how to delete messages in my inbox and outbox. I even posted on the Technical forum asking how to do this.

I then stumbled across this post and lo and behold what you said actually worked.

I was a little confused by the term "action box" until I clicked on one of the selections and the drop down menu appeared. So, I deleted all of my sent messages and all but about 15 or so inbox messages which I will also delete pretty soon.

The "action box" should not be a drop down but it should have selection tabs with the word "Delete" by one of the tabs.

Thanks for the help
