Tan CARC Spray Cans
Anyone have any interest in purchasing CARC paint in a spray can? My company is buying some for a military project we are doing. I believe you need to be an OEM to purchase it. Expense though ~$60 per can.
Let me know and I will add it on to our order.

You could just buy a gallon for under $100 and get the glass jars with air cans on top.

That sound really cheap for two part authentic CARC paint...
Customer needs actual aerosol cans for touch up anyway.

Isn't Rapco a "CARC-substitute"? meaning same color regular paint.bigdugster wrote: ↑Wed Sep 13, 2017 2:43 pm$60 for a can of spray paint?? Rapco has the carc touch up paint for around $8 a can shipped.

That's not real CARC. Just the color tan.

Re: Tan CARC Spray Cans
I have found that Rapco paint isn't quite the same, I didn't like their Green CARC imitation as it didn't match, it is close to about 85% but you can tell it is not CARC. Don't know about the Tan color as I stopped buying their product. I use Zynolite 8077 Green primer instead in conjunction with Rapco. You can hold the rattle can about 15" away to let the particles dry a little, to get that rough look CARC has.bigdugster wrote: ↑Wed Sep 13, 2017 2:43 pm$60 for a can of spray paint?? I would NOT pay $60 if that can sprayed GOLD BARS out.

Exactly what I was saying. The rapco is a substitute and "touch up" paint. The tan is close enough to fill in little imperfections here and there. If you want real carc paint going the spray can route is crazy. If you apply the paint with the correct equipment and then go back with a spray can to touch up, even with the same exact paint,it won't look correct.
