My Mog is on the way!

Post by karoja » Thu Jun 29, 2006 12:23 pm

Finally! Just made the wire transfer to pay http://www.expedition-imports.com for two 404's from the Swiss Army, M42177, chassisnr: 404114029700, first registration 24/05/1963, 49000 km, and M79814, chassisnr: 404114050512, first registation 12/06/1968, 21000 km, for a friend of mine and myself. They look great! They should be here in about 6 weeks, if all goes well. :D

I'm jelous :!: :) post some pictures when you get them. Expedition imports are good people to deal with! I also like Sean Philyaw at: www.eurotruck-importers.com he's the guy I was talking to about one of those trucks. Can't say enough nice things about him.

And it arrived at home yesterday! Scott from Expedition-Imports did a great job, and also my thanks to the Swiss army. It came with its maintenance schedule, comlete manuals and tools (including pioneer tools), not to mention spare keys.

This is my unit:
