Same here Chuck, some of us out here still have ethics and the ‘antics’ of some of the clowns out here embarrass us too!

Well, that one piece of human excrement in Kelseyville, CA sure ruined it for me! At least he was not from the G503 board, I have never had a problem with anyone here.

A semi refrigerator 40 ' van trailer has the same flooring in it as the mule bed. The underneath of the trailer looks like the deck of the mule while the floor inside looks like the under side of the mule deck. Time to take a plasma and start making repo decks and covers. I noticed this back in the early 80's when I used to truck but mule deck and covers were available back then but now it seems it might be worth while for someone to buy a wreck refrigerator trailer and start doing some cutting . I have not seen any newer trailers since then and some of those trailers I pulled were probably made in the 60's and 70's. Anyone have access to a newer trailer to look ?

Well, that is interesting for sure. Just need to confirm the sizing and get the correct profile....
Anyone with some basic skills and maybe a welding setup could make these. Looks like the closest thing available to facilitate decent reproductions.
I always figured that the manufacturer must have used an off the shelf material in the design and construction phase as I couldn't see any reason why they would opt for a special run of deck material...

With a little common sense, working with the magnesium decks is not a problem. Contrary to what some people believe, it can be cut and welded.
