Plastic Red WWII Jeep

Hey guys, I had a feeling in my gut to stop at the local flea market. I managed to find a water bucket and this neat little Jeep! It's about 6'' long and made of red plastic. It looks like there used to be a yellow windshield but now broken. There's also a gear connected to the rear axle, suggesting it may have been a wind up? Does anyone have some information on this?

Looks like a Andy Gard. That is the maker. The jeep was called "Gee I Jeep". It had a hand held battery case with buttons for front and back drive. The battery case was attached by a long wire attached to the motor under the jeep. Goggle Andy Gard and look at images
