Does anyone know why some of these doors have different tops that cover the top of the window?

Pic 2 looks like a smaller window and heavier armor version. Look how close the tire is to the fender.
I have been in REVs with the first pic. They were m1152a1w/b2.

The glass in the scalloped top window is 2” thick, the straight top window is 2 1/2” thick.
I think generally the scalloped is 1165 and the straight is 1151.

Re: m1151 door differences
BC the whole door is different. The heavy door is much thicker and has a larger window. The light door is a paper weight compared to the heavy one.
The bottom edge is also different as is the window rollers and hinge spacers.
It's a completely different door. I have both sitting in my shop and the heavy one you can't move even with window removed. The light one I can drag around with window installed.

The difference is the top picture is of a standard threat door assembly, much lighter and thinner material. The bottom one is much thicker and heavier called a Frag 5 door. I have had both of these style of doors. The can be used on a M1151, M1165, M1167 and M1152 two door style truck. They use the same mounting configuration. Very hard to come by.
