It looks like a sick elephant sneezed and blew snot all over the interior save for the immaculate Momo steering wheel. I hope the driver is OK.

I wonder if they tried to shift the transfer case...Look at the third pic.

It looks like a rubber pad to protect your knuckles when moving the trans shifter forward.

They even put it on the high beam switch. :?

And it doesn't even look like good bedliner. It looks like cheap Herculiner with the rubber chunks.

Reminds me of a local police department's truck they had at a gov show and tell day. The exterior "restoration" was donated by a local Ford dealer.

That bed liner crap may be the modern day cosmoline and this might just end up being the best preserved Humvee body in the world in a hundred years. :D
