Post by gunchief113 » Sun Jan 18, 2009 1:03 pm

After some extensive searches, I was able to source a new carrier-bearing, u-joints and u-joint clamps-front drive shaft. Here are the interchanges:

Part// TM Part number(Spicer)// Retail Store(O'Reilly)

U-joint, front // 1-0153(aka 5-113x)// Precision 329 or 379

U-joint clamp, front // 2-70-59 // Precision 437-10

Carrier-bearing // 211415X // Fed-Mogul HB88107A

U-joint, rear // 5-213X // Precision 354
M998, complete build from frame and tub with 6.2L, TH400, NP218
M1038 w/Helmet top, drivetrain TBD- under construction
M998A2, complete build from NOS body, erector set frame, 6.5TD, 4L80E w/unk shift controller-under
construction

Nice work, Bri. It's always nice when someone finds these. It can be a huge money saver.
