Gents- This is the second Dodge I've seen that had a pintle attached in the front. Was this to help move artillery into place??

The ones I seen used on military trucks were used to move trailers around. Great for putting them in tight spots! with out backing.

We had them on Jeeps in the Aviation unit for parking our Bird Dogs, Beaver and H-23's.
