anyone know of a source for the 2 mushroom headed bolts used to connect the radiator to the front cross member thanks if you do

No. I made mine by modifying off-the-shelf carriage bolts. I bought them the “specified” length in the Claude Pond spreadsheet and found them too short to accommodate the required washers, nuts, and ground straps. Buy them long, grind the heads flat and put them in!

As Luke said get some long carriage bolts grind the head flat and retap them for FINE thread. 7/16 fine thread grade 8 nuts is what I used.
Or get some coarse thread carriage bolts and run a 7/16 fine die over them. That will save you a lot of time.
