Just home visiting Canada for 4 days and noted....
Princess Auto ( a chain like TSC on steroids) sells the Mil spec Spectre olive green 5 gal fuel cans for $75 CDN and the baby blue 5 gal water only ones for $15 CDN each. Thet also stock a few Spctre accessories that go with the cans.
Canadian Tire sells the red Spectre fuel cans...a little less beefy than the olive drab military ones for $21 CDN and Costco is currently selling these red ones as a two can set for $22 CDN.

Probably doesnt help you unless you live near Canada, but most of these places are within an hour of the border. There are probably a number of other resellers, but these are just the ones i saw walking around today.

You want brand new ones or used ones.
Try sending DSD277 a PM over on SS board.
He has a bunch of used ones.
