FS: German Field Telephone FF33 - Sold
Hey,
Price dropped again.
I am offering 6 German field telephones.
All dated from 1939 to 1944.
They are complete with handset and cranks.
Cables are looking fine.
The appearance is great, no cracks.
Sold „as is“ condition but I did check the generators, they are working.
Asking 45 $ plus shipping obo.
Items are located in Germany so shipping is not cheap.
1 phone could be shipped to the US for 50 $.
3 phones could be shipped to US for 100 $ ( which is 33$ ea).
Other destinations to be priced separately.
Don’t hesitate to contact me via mail for further pictures or questions.
There is one without the lid but including handset and crank. Asking 50$.
Cheers
Carsten

Re: FS: German Field Telephone FF33 - PRICE Dropped
Hello Carsten,
Those look pretty nice, they would be cool to have wired up in a house from downstairs to upstairs,
storm shelter basement to other rooms, to the gun room, and to a library room, and to motor pool
Especially if power is out !
Good luck with the sale,
Best Regards,
Ray

Hey Ray,
Thanks for the comment, the shape is indeed really good.
That’s what I thought to do with it.
If no one is interested I may take them to the war and peace in Kent, England.
Or convert them to Bluetooth, as I did with the EE-8. it’s my phone in the jeep right now.
Cheers

The FF33 is of a quality that makes it difficult to say if it is better or not compared to the EE-8. I tend to prefer the FF-33....... the only drawback is the lack of CB mode, but to be honest, do you need the CB mode today?
The nicest is that they work perfect together!
The FF33 was still unofficially in use when I served in 82-83 here in Norway. I have far to many modified with Norwegian phonetic alphabet, so if you really want one send me a message. Shipping to USA will probably be around $100!

I have a few wartime FF-33 used by the Norwegian army up to at least the 1970-ies.
It is sort of nationalized here after the war, the phonetic alaphabeth is changed, and it may have been refurbished.
In most hence s the first post in this thread covers the description.
Prising US$ 23 + postage (from Norway). pr today.
