WTB/Looking for radio components

Post by Tapper02 » Mon Nov 13, 2017 11:49 am

Internet searches and inquiries to radio parts suppliers are coming up empty. Looking for the following parts (or modern day replacements) to finish installation requirements for an SCR-193, SCR-508, SCR-510 and RC-58:

BG-118 (for BC-918)
BG-119 (for BC-908)
BX-21
1 x IN-98 insulator
2 x IN-68 insulators
5 x connectors No. 61007
2 x connectors No. 61004
4 x terminal lugs (for cordage CO-131)
2 x terminals (for W-128)
1 x "BOX, terminal", Ordnance Stock Number G102-0400177, Ordnance Part number B-184415, Manufacturer Part number DR-1884010 (Delco Remy) - **(thinking this is the large terminal box similar to what is installed in Command Cars)
CD-226 cord
CD-267 cord
CD-442 cord
CD-606 cord
CD-608 cord
CD-1018 cord
CD-1019 cord
CO-131 cordage (1 x 5’ 6”)
CO-189-A cordage (1 x 5’ 6”)
CO-216 cordage (1 x 14'), (1 x 18')

Thanks, Tom

The french list is not up-to-date. It shows parts in stock which he has not in stock when I had asked.

I think I have the BG-118 and BG-119 sourced.

Really need the IN-68s and IN-98. Anyone?

So looking at the following thread, seems like the IN-98 is an IN-89 with a metal base ring.

viewtopic.php?f=36&t=59273&start=15

Thanks to bobina's suggestion, I just snagged two IN-89s off of the auction site...once they come in I'll see about making the metal ring and cobble together the bolt/washer/clamp and nut...problem partially solved.

Still looking for info/pics of the IN-68...or leads to one.
