FS: Cheap WW2 Gear

Here's a few WW2 (and pattern) pieces for your consideration...

Top Row, Left to Right:

* 1945 Aluminum Canteens. NOS with light canteen cover snap abrasions (from an old surplus store "packaged" set). Light bead-blast (if you wish) and these will look "minty, minty". Bargain at $10 each. Have TWO. *** Both SOLD

* 1963 (WW2 Pattern) Stainless Canteen Cups. Same as WW2 only 18 years younger. NOS, near mint. $10 each. Have TWO. Both SOLD

* M1932 Messkit -- Aluminum Lid and steel Pan. AP CO 1942 marked tinned steel handle. Shows age and wear. Pan underside scratched "July 13 42". $10

* Ditto -- Aluminum Lid and Pan. Tinned handle marked AGM CO 1942. Very nice. $15

* Ditto -- Aluminum Lid and Pan. TACU Co. 1942 tinned handle. Pan has many underside dings. $10

* M1942 Messkit-- Tinned steel Lid and Pan show plating loss. Stamped handle marked THE HAMLIN METAL PROD. CO. 1942. $10

Bottom Row, Left to Right:

* Restored M1943 Folding Shovel. WOOD 1944 head marked. VG condition ready to use. $20 **SOLD

* USMC Pack Straps (2). Matching style with steel ladder buckles. VG condition. One has Marine's name stencil. $10/pr.

* Private Purchase Discharge Folder. VG condition with celluliod pocket inside that covers the discharge. $5

* M1910 Pick-Mattock. Plumb 1942 marked head has been bead-blasted and refinished. WW2 handle is G-VG. Set for $25 ** SOLD

* Late War OD#7 Set-- 1945 Pistol Belt, 1945 Canteen Cover with '43 Alum. Canteen (dented) and WW2 pattern Carlisle Pouch. No frays, blown grommets or damage...just use, stains and color loss. Good, user grade gear. $25/set.
