Hello,
I'm looking for the following replacements:
1. new rear break cylinders
2. new rear break shoes
3. new rear axe bearings (TIMKEN)
I only have some bearing measurements unfortunatelly, that does not help much on finding new replacements. And I don't have old parts physically in hand.
Does anyone know the exact new parts that would fit?
as always, help would be much appreciated!

You do realize that the Intermediate and Rear axles use different Wheel Cylinders?

Re: Studer US6 help needed
I am not a Studebaker guy, but your questions are rather generic to old trucks.
1) The casting number and piston diameter will be found on the wheel cylinder. If you are unable to find a replacement, your old ones can be re-sleeved by a local machine shop.
2) New brake shoes are not likely going to be found. Locate a truck repair facility to have your old shoe cores relined.
3) There are often exact cross referenced bearings to fit nearly any application.
Your rebuild process will be much easier if you source a parts manual for your truck, they exist and are often inexpensive.
Good luck, and let us know how you are progressing.

Can you post pics of your shoes and Cylinders?
Do you need cups and Cones for all the rear wheels? What about Seals?

Re: Studer US6 help needed
Joel,
Are the front and rear axles on these same as CCKW? Is there any interchange on them? I'm asking in case any Studebaker rear pieces show up in boxes if they will cross over.
Hope the snow is down to 2-4 feet or so. Mud season should be upon you in short order....
Best Regards,
John K. Seidts

Studebaker hubs, Seals, and brake parts are different. than Timken CCKW. I have some, maybe all parts. Studebaker can be confusing as Intermediate axle does not share same parts as rear.
