Re: M3 progress
Well I’ve been using one of Steve’s fuel tanks for a few years now. So it was time to install my new tanks! It will be nice to have both tanks now!

Re: M3 progress
Finally got around to mounting the NOS roller on Zelda. It has been a long time coming. I built the roller clamps from the manual. Glad to have that project mostly done.

Re: M3 progress
Making progress on the OEM side of the radio wiring on Zelda. I did use the NOS conduit but of course the wiring was all rotten so replaced with new. Also originally the radios were direct wired to the battery. So I did add in circuit protection and a cutoff switch.

Re: M3 progress
I also put in a 150amp circuit breaker in as well. As close to the battery as possible. Don’t want chance burning the track down.brian in denver wrote: ↑Mon Feb 06, 2023 8:02 amnice, been thinking about that, right now we just have wing nuts on the battery posts of out carryall, gonna need something different on the ol track.

Re: M3 progress
Baby steps, drilling out mounting holes for the wiring. Been following the installation manual but some of the measurements don’t jive so had tap dance some.

Re: M3 progress
Just about done with the radio install in Zelda! Going to be a nice addition. The intercom system works, but some of the old radio parts, not so much. But really exciting to have that done.

Re: M3 progress
Just completed another “long time coming project” the window storage box, as I understand they originally designed by the Greek Army. This was was fabricated by Paul Jacobs. Finally got some time to to install it!
