Anyone recognize if these are GPA things? what are they?

The are the hold down brackets for water-proofing of the spark plugs and distributor for a GPA. Most of them are put on the head and sheet metal cover protects the spark plugs and distributor from dripping water. The are not water tight.
The sheet metal cover is very rare (not included in your picture) but the brackets not so much. I have them on my engine but never found a protective cover.

Thanks Donovan, that’s helpful. I don’t recall seeing these mounted. Are there any photos available somewhere? And how much these little things worth in the market (I know value for someone can be different to someone else..).
