I found the really hard to find nut and washer for the switch from the auction site from this guy (he is a member on the G!). It is a top quality product and he will paint it for you in whatever shade you ask:

I am waiting on a clip/grommet set from Ron so I can complete the wiring harness. I also ordered stencils for the trailer.

I thought the correct tires for an M100 matched the M38 jeep, 700-16, am I wrong?

Ern is a G503 forum member, he helped me out with some chain links for my Bantam. Good guy . I need to do the wiring etc, so your thread will be a great help to me. Re: 1952 M100 Trailer Restoration Thread
Dan, you are correct. the correct tires for an M100 are the 700 series. I am pulling this trailer behind a GPW, so I am outfitting it like an MBT. However I am NOT doing any permanent changes like shaving the handles off etc. Everything I am doing is minor cosmetic (ie lights, WW2 harness, tire size etc) so that the M100 core is preserved.

Hi Dave!
Thanks so much for taking a look and I am thankful it will come in handy for you. It makes it all worth it when you can help someone else out from your own bumps in the road. What is Ern's handle so I can look at his threads?
