M-38/M-38A1 HEATERS

Post by Ben Dover » Mon Dec 25, 2017 12:31 pm

The Army had a surplus of Post War MV Stewart Warner Gasoline heaters that were depot converted to 24Volts to install in rhe Korean War era M-38/M-38A1. The duct work was primitive, the heaters were located in the rear of the Jeep leaving little room for comfort.

SARAFANS had a few hundred of them in the 60's.
